Default A female Prime?

It's been indicated that there's been a long line of "Primes" throughotu Cybertronian history. We've already had an Optimus Prime, and a Rodimus Prime. Have there ever been female Primes? Or is there a chance of female Primes in the future?

Whattdya think?

I think a female Prime would be welcome.

And there's never been a female Prime in the cartoon or comics that I'm aware of. But then I know nothing of the Japanese material, so there's a shot there until someone comes in and says no. I can't even recall reading fanfics of females Primes now that I think about it. Hmm...

Looks like I've started something that can't be stopped...

But seriously, if you fellas are going to write any fanfics, why not create a "What If?" scenario from the animated TRANSFORMERS movie where Arcee inherits the Matrix instead of Hot Rod? I think Autobal Gal's avatar is a good suggestion as to what an "Arceus Prime" might look like. (OK, it's a stupid name! SUE ME!)

You know what utterly pisses me off about the post above?

The fact that something that should be an obviously easy, and great idea for a fan fiction never crossed my TF-lovin' mind.

Kudos to Man in the Planet. +10

Why, thank you.

I have to admit, the more I think about an Arcee Prime, the more I believe she wouldn't have been contaminated with the madness plague as quickly as Rodimus was in THE RETURN OF OPTIMUS PRIME. Let's face it; that doofus just stood there as Wreck-Gar reached out and touched him.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

THE INFECTION SCENE WITH RODIMUS (script format)

Ultra Magnus pulls Wreck-Gar in and touches his arm, contaminating him. Rodimus blasts Magnus away and walks up to Wreck-Gar.

RODIMUS: Are you okay?

Wreck-Gar turns around, glowing red and obviously infected.

WRECK-GAR: Heh heh! I'm a pepper! Would you like to be a pepper too?

Wreck-Gar touches Rodimus. Rodimus is infected.

THE INFECTION SCENE WITH ARCEE (script format)

Ultra Magnus pulls Wreck-Gar in and touches his arm, contaminating him. Arcee blasts Magnus away and walks up to Wreck-Gar.

ARCEE: Are you okay?

Wreck-Gar turns around, glowing red, etc.

WRECK-GAR: Heh heh! I'm a pep -

BLAM!!

More female villains isn't a bad thing

Am I the only one upset that George Lucas scrapped the sith queen idea for episode one? How cool would that have been?

And not cheesy sexpot female villians...just good ol' fashioned, evil "im gunna kill you" villians.

The whole thing with the matrix is that saying, till all are one. So eventually a fembot has to have it a odds are at least one is a compatible, or a "Prime".

A female Darth Maul would have been wicked! I feel cheated now I didn't even know about that.

the hard nut they introduced for the animated series was probably inspired by the concept.

(you know, the bald chick with the twin lightsabres)

actually decent female villans are rare these days. directors seem scared to use them. maybe they think rather than being femanist and empowering it could in some way be misconstrude as a misogynistic fantasy of "beating" the villanese and therefore proving men are superior.

only exceptions i can think of at the moment are the white witch in the narnia film. but then again that was written 60 years ago.

Really evil villianesses are no less empowering than really good heroines. It's just the industry can't do either very often. What I hate is when they are cheezy and use sexuality as a weapon all the time. That's also what I hated about the new Charlie's Angels. All the men were so dumbstruck by how sexy they were that they just forgot about everything else You know I would have thought more men would have been offended by that, It made them look stupid and like penis's with hair, no control over their hormones.

Ok sorry, rant over.

Didn't Maidel once say something like that would mean you're about to die?

Perhaps the Matrix is female and just wants to end up with the 'male' TFs?
